Teaching School Alliance
About Fairfields Teaching School Alliance
GSSC are members of the Fairfields Teaching School Alliance. Teaching Schools have been introduced by the Government as a means of training teachers in schools; similar to the model of training Doctors in hospitals.
In addition to training teachers, teaching school alliances also lead on School to School Support, Research and Development, Talent Management, utilising Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) and Continuing Professional Development..
